I give to my son, Harris Bobbitt, two negroes, name of Warren and Will. The former he has had already. Also a tract of land which formerly belonged to Archibald Nicholson, also, one mare, one cow and calf, one feather bed and furniture.

I give to my son, Arthur Bobbitt, one tract of land I had of Edwin Harris, also two negroes named Lucy and Diner.....

I give to my son, Stephen Bobbitt Junior, two negroes, name

of Chavis and Turner.....three three hundred dollars all of which

he has had except one negro and money ........

I give to my son, Drury Bobbitt, three negroes, Riddick, Siller, and Abraham,....also three hundred dollars, two hundred he has had .....

I give to my son, John Bobbitt, the land I now live on, also two negroes named Fanny and Chamy,....also the value of Moses

I give to my daughter, Mary Shearin, to be equally divided among her children at her decease...one negro girl, Rose..... and one named Manurva .....

I give to my daughter, Nancy Newell, one negro girl named Kate, and one boy named Phil .......

I give to my daughter, Amey Peppins, two negro girls name of Sarah and Clunsey .........

I give and bequeath to my daughter SMontford, one negro girl, Linney and one boy named Jim, and at her decease to be equally divided between her children to her and her heirs....

The balance of the negroes not given away in this last-will and testament, is to be valued and equally divided between all of my children. Names of negroes, Henten, Solomon, Lewis, Vinus, Britanah, Anthony, Sid, Harry, and Bod. Land I purchased of David Nicholson to be sold and divided....

I nominate and appoint Zackariah Shearin, John Bobbitt and Harris Bobbitt to be whole and sole executors of this my last will and testament....
